As we begin our RE journey, it seems only right that we start with the review of our life growth process. Looking at a process of five of the more significant REs, we begin our journey with:

REALIZE
REFLECT
REDISCOVER
REJOICE
As we greet each and every day, we are faced with various situations, opportunities, trials, or tribulations that challenge us to respond in some form or fashion.
When in challenging situations, we humans generally have a can-do attitude….what ever it is, we believe we can do it; we can figure it out, we can accomplish it….responding and reacting….not always to our good and often to the detriment of others and ourselves.
Over the years, our experience guides us to not be immediate in our response, but to first look for spiritual guidance. We do this through research, we read what others have said about our issue. Whether it be turning to experts in a various field and read what they’ve written, or internet searches for related and relevant information, or reading the Bible or other spiritual Word for divine guidance, whatever your vehicle is for direction…. first read before responding. Following this, you are in a much better position to realize that you may need to reflect on the situation further, rediscovering who you are and better understanding your related role in the situation….leaving you in a position to rejoice!
