As Architectural Design Consultants, Steve and Bridgette offer clients a different perspective and process than most traditional architects and designers.
While most architects and designers method is layered with unnecessary process and paperwork (which results in extra time and money), Steve and Bridgette distinguish themselves by using their 70 years cumulative experience by getting into their clients skin, “cutting to the chase”, if you will, and using a more common sense design approach.
Working closely with their clients, Steve and Bridgette have a proven track record of master-planning and designing to the clients needs and budget. They master-plan and phase the project to begin and partially complete with the available funds, with subsequent phases being done later as money / needs prevail. They value long-term relationships, continuing to work with the client until all desired projects are completed.
Another Steve and Bridgette distinguisher is their focus on the re_use of materials. They work to stretch their clients budget by providing design solutions that include the re_use of various materials and products in creative and exciting ways. Whether it be the re_use of a corner gargoyle from a historic building as a newell post in a pipe and cable stairway or an old dilapidated barn re_born into a new and vital gathering place in the community…… no matter what the size of the effort, the resultant design solution is richer and a more meaningful contribution to the community for the re_use.
