A mixed-use, historically-themed project, with community elements to include a wedding venue, restaurants, shops, health and arts-oriented businesses, and community / performance pavilions and outdoor spaces.
The Miracle League Ballpark & playground, Waxahachie, TX
The YMCA of Waxahachie and the United Way of Ellis County want to introduce the special needs children of the area to a ballfield and playground suited for them. We are designing the initial concept plans, to use to pursue fundraising and donations.
